READ BEFORE SUBMITTING: This form is a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number to be issued to you. Please DO NOT ship any products to us until you have been contacted and a valid RMA number has been issued to you. Returns without an RMA will be returned to sender! By pressing the submit button below, you are acknowledging your understanding of these terms. For an Advanced return, we will authorize the purchase of the replacement item and ship it to you before receiving the defective item. Your credit card will not be charged as long as we receive the original item within 14 days.
