If I hadn't already, I wanted to thank you especially for getting back to me about the delay, etc. Heidi got her computer today, and is delighted as far as I can tell.
You weren't kidding about that FedEx tracking system...they really do track on a day to day basis, don't they? I checked earlier today, and found that it had already been delivered, and she was on hand to sign for it!
Also, please 'thank' Josh again for me, for recommending the backpack, instead of the other one I was going to order...I think his choice was a much better suggestion! And thanks for crediting back the $ I would have spent on that, compared to the less expensive backpack. She seemed to be pleased with that purchase as well.
All in all, I'm satisified with the processing/handling of the order, and hope the benefits will continue to satisfy my daughter/student...I'll get a look at it over Thanksgiving, when I'll be visiting that area, too. If you have any ideas about software that should be installed, or can inform me of software already installed on it, I'd appreciate it...I neglected to ask that initially, and should have inquired as such.

All I can say is Wow! I thought it was too good to be true when I stumbled onto your site and found the product I was looking for $70 cheaper than anywhere else. I thought it might be refurbished, and when I e-mailed customer support, not only did I find out it was brand new, but I had that response within an hour. Then, even though your site said it could take 48 hours to process, and another day or two to ship, I had the item less than 24 hours after placing the order. Finally a company is getting it right. Enron could have used people like you!

Today, I received my new G4 via Fedex. I wanted to thank you for all your
help. I realize that you had a number of emails from customers who had
ordered the DUAL 533's. Despite what I'm guessing was a barrage of emails,

I haven't even purchased anything from you, and the design of your web site is so incredibly easy for me to use, it makes me want to come back to buy things just to enjoy the ease of use, even if you don't have the very lowest prices. The "quick-display" of links that match the requested keywords is excellent, and the "show me everything" listing gives me an opportunity to browse for things I forgot I was looking for --- so we both win, because I spend less time and can find the things I want easily, and so want to buy more.
This is so good. I write as a nearly 45 year-old software engineer, who is not easily impressed, but dearly loves anyone/anthing that makes the online experience as easy to use as the Mac.
Just received my order for Systemworks and Fontographer. I am pleased with the turnaround time. Even more impressed with the prices. Keep the e-mails coming.

I believe that many people are still somewhat wary about ordering merchandise on the internet. I know I am. The "human touch" is very important, I believe.
The absense of the human touch is a little dauting, and somewhat unwecome. Your exemplary customer service made all the difference in my recent
transaction with MegaMacs. Without your help, my transaction would've likely been a mess, I would probably be explaining to and wrangling with my Visa
card provider for months. Simply put, your efforts have made the difference between me being a satisfied customer or a dissatisfied customer. I'm confident that, because of your actions, the transaction will go

Thanks for the follow up. The cables were inside the top bay for power and
narrow SCSI. The sled was not. Your tech identified the correct sled and we
exchanged sleds. The original sled sent was for the internal ATA drive and
didn't fit the wider mounting rails in the top bay.
All is installed and working now. There was a harmonic "rattle" when the
drive started up due to a loose fit between the new sled and the rails. I
wedged some thick paper in between to dampen the vibration and the new drive
now starts up quietly, although not as quiet as the 4.3 GB drive in the ATA
bay. I suspect this has to do with the acoustics of the top bay versus the
ATA bay. The small 3.5 inch hard drive sitting in the big top bay has an
echo chamber around it compared to the snug mount of the internal ATA bay.
Count me as a satisfied customer who will certainly consider doing business
with MegaMacs again.
