What are the shipping options?We ship by FedEx. Due to our high volume and the FedEx 3-day express saver shipping option we can get most items to customers in 3 business days or less for about the same price as UPS ground would cost. Our minimum shipping charge is $7 for online orders and $9 for phone-in orders. We can also ship some items US Postal Service (USPS) for an extra fee.

Most web orders placed by 3 pm Central time will be processed and shipped the same day. We try to ship FEDEX Special Overnight Shipments within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please call to let us know if you need it the following day you ordered it. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

Most orders ship within 1 business day, and some may take 2 business days. If an order is delayed longer we will contact you.

Please note that shipping days do not include weekends, only business days. Also, orders that need to be delivered on a Saturday cannot be ordered on our website and must be called in.
