Status is either...

• In stock meaning we physically have the item available within our warehouse. In this case we usually can ship same day for orders placed before 2pm central time.
• Available meaning we have to order the item in from our supplier. This can add variable delay usually 3 to 5 days, but can be as high as 14 days (backorders can take longer). When there will be an extended delay getting the product we will try to contact you.
• Out of stock meaning exactly that, although instead of removing the item from our site we may have reasons to keep it visible, e.g to redirect to a similar product.
• Hidden meaning that this product is either specially priced or is not available to the public. No link to these items is available on our website. If you arrive at a page that says "hidden" it means that it was hard-linked from some other website and is offered only to those who have access to that link!

Some special priced items may say available when really they are shipping to us or may have arrived at our dock but were not yet put into our inventory system when the web catalog was generated. If an expedited shipping time is desired, please call to verify the stock level and estimated shipping date.
