Do NOT throw any of the packaging material as those will be required for any inspection or for packaging the product for return shipping to us. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the damaged items for any deliveries. Once a claim is made, we will work with the carrier to take care of the problem. A customer accepts the products shipped in the condition they arrived in if no claim is made with us within 7 days of delivery. Please understand that damage done by a carrier is not the fault of Megawatts.com, we will only issue a replacement once the claim has been approved by the carrier. Not following the above procedure relieves us and the shipping company of all responsibility of shipping damage.
